or if you wanna get really fun, cut the back of them off behind the little green parts and pop the seed pod out with a chopstick, then pour a 50/50 water/honey(or sugar) mix of nearly boiling ~90C over them, let sit and cool for at least 10 minutes then eat them for a delicious treat that's like the farm to table version of a gummy bear!
